Light, pH & moisture
Light. Shade or filtered light. Full sun will stress or kill moss.
Moisture. Keep it consistently moist, especially in the first weeks. Mist daily indoors; outdoors, water daily at first and then a few times a week.
pH. Moss prefers acidic conditions, around pH 5–6. Pine needles or peat help keep outdoor beds acidic.

It arrived dry. Is it alive?
Yes. Revita-Moss ships dormant. Rehydrate it and it softens and regains its colour.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, in shade with consistent moisture. If moss already grows naturally nearby, your spot is likely a good fit.
Is it the same every time?
It's a natural product, so colour and texture vary, and small bits of organic material are normal.

It came fast as expected. They all seem to look well especially the mood moss. I hydrated them and they look very good. I've already added them to my terrarium and love how it looks. My only issue is that the Canadian moss seems brown and in the picture it looks green. I dont think it's suppose to appear like that but overall I'm satisfied enough to purchase again in the future.

All except one tiny piece, about 90 percent of the package was brown and dried to a crisp.

I put half in a terrarium with some ferns, and half on a tevaplanter. Terrarium mosses are looking healthy and rejuvenated. Tevaplanter ones needs misting everyday but are hanging in there. I have a terrarium cover on the way for the tevaplanter, hopefully that helps.

These mosses are beautiful and quite the experiment! Some are much more lively and easier to grow it seems while others I’m finding are largely static and not doing much quite just yet. It’s also fall so I’m waiting to see how they respond over time. Overall, glad I got this pack though! Can’t wait to see them all thriving!
