The pruning shears appear to be really well made and the design is very nice. The hidden spring broke after 3 or 4 months. I contacted Mossify and they sent me a new spring and a spare. The spring is easy to replace and now my shears are back to work. The Mossify guys definitely care about their customers.

Hey Katrina, sorry to hear about this! Is is a fairly simple fix. all you have to to is hammer the clamp to tighten a bit more! Its usually pretty tight but if you knocked it a certain way it could have loosened. very easy fix though! :)
These got a ton of use post-ice storm in Ontario recently! Helped us clean-up in the yard. They are comfortable in the hand and nice and sharp for a clean cut through! I am so glad I through these in my cart before check-out!

Hey Jewell, Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We are glad you love your new shears :) Don't forget to regularly oil the metal for optimal performance!
Love that they’re light weight yet extremely sturdy! Keeps their sharpness well. The smooth handle makes easy to hold and the spring and openness of the shears allows for great handling and control.
