Shipping Policy
* Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $99 USD (continental USA) or $99 CAD (continental Canada).
Orders under that threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.
* Orders over $150 USD/CAD (depending on ship-to country) qualify for a free gift while supplies last.
If actual shipping costs are unreasonably high (remote locations, oversize/overweight shipments, etc.), Mossify reserves the right to refuse shipment or request additional payment before sending your order.
Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

If there is any delay beyond this, our team will contact you directly.
Delivery Times

USA & Canada (Continental): 3–5 business days on average (often faster).

International Orders: 6–21 business days, with rare cases up to 30 days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier, destination, and customs clearance.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs and/or any applicable restocking fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Mossify is not liable for these charges or for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit and you did not purchase shipping insurance at checkout, Mossify is not responsible for replacement.

In these cases, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
We process orders quickly to ensure your items arrive as fast as possible. Because our warehouse team begins fulfillment almost immediately, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms based on where your order is in the fulfillment process:

Before Warehouse Processing: If you request a cancellation before our warehouse team begins processing your order, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

During Warehouse Packing: If your order has already entered any stage of the packing or preparation process but has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, a $7.00 cancellation and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

After Hand-off to Carrier: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted. The shipment must be fully completed and delivered to your address. If you still wish to return the items at that point, you must initiate a standard return and ship the product back to us at your own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@mossify.ca with your order number in the subject line. We will do our absolute best to catch it in time.
