Both our bendable moss pole and bendable coir pole can be used for different things.

Ultimately, it's your personal preference!The Bendable Moss Pole™ This pole was designed specifically for aerial rooting plants. We wanted to provide a customizable pole so you can train your plant where to grow.This moss pole is best for plants like pothos, monstera, rhaphidophora tetrasperma and many others.Once you get your bendable moss pole, we recommend to lightly moisten your pole to "activate" the moss. Your plants roots will sense the soft/moist environment and will want to dig it roots in. If done properly, your plants roots will grab on to the moss pole and hold on. This simulates their natural growing environment which will ultimately lead to larger leaves and a healthier/happier plant. VS.

The Bendable Coir Pole™This Pole does not require misting or watering. The roots will still tend to form around the pole but will not dig in.The super bend-ability of this pole is pretty spectacular. With our Bendable Coir Pole, your plant masterpiece is only limited by your imagination. This pole can bend into extremely unique positions giving you options.You can either contour the pole around the plant or train your plant to grow any direction, similar to a bonsai tree.

Great Question! 

• Moss is a non-vascular plant that absorbs water and nutrients mainly through their leaves and harvest carbon dioxide and sunlight to create food by photosynthesis!
• Fun Fact: Moss was the first plant on earth was formed after brave "ALGAE" creeped up on the shore.

• Irish moss seeds are tiny but they grow and bloom the most beautiful little white flower.
• This moss is one of few mosses that grow with seeds (most grow from spores).

Sphagnum Moss: 

• We use multiple sources of Sphagnum moss that is farmed sustainably from USA. The mix we have made can hold 20x its weight in water!
• Sphagnum Moss has been used for thousands of years to lower PH in your soil.
• This type of moss has antiseptic properties & was used as bandages to inhibit the growth of bacteria.

Dormant Moss:

• Our dormant moss is a dry moss mix made from 2 of the fasted growing moss types (Hypmnum & Sphagnum). Our moss contains powdered butter milk & a type of gel to retain moisture.

• It is in a dormant state meaning it can grow new spores if kept moist for a prolonged period of time. (gametophytes stage of growth)
• This moss has an indefinite shelf life.
• Colour is greenish brown but when watered & covered with film, it will be a beautiful vibrant green colour in 4-6 months (ALWAYS KEEP IT MOIST)

Preserved Moss

• Our preserved moss is treated to look green at all times. You don't have to water this ever.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times: 1-7 business days (depending on where the item is being shipped)

• Local orders take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled and should be received in 1-2 business days. 
• International orders take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled and should be received in 1-7 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $150 CAD will have free shipping (Canada & USA retail orders only).
• Orders under $150 CAD will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than CAD/USD dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@mossify.ca with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• Any custom order is not refundable.
• Discounted items are not eligible for refund.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund on the damaged item or offer to ship a new product at no cost.
• For orders going to the US, there may be duties and taxes billed by the shipping carrier, please provide your TAX ID in the notes section.
• For skid orders going to the US we require an import broker.
• Marketing materials are provided upon request. We will either work with your marketing team to design specific branding according to your branding and other marketing materials or we can send you our branded marketing materials either digitally or physical (For larger displays and marketing material there may be additional costs associated. please email info@mossify.ca for more info.)
